This was my family and I's first time at Withnell and it was amazing! Brent was very accommodating and knew what he was doing! Even when we couldn't get the car we initially wanted he gave us options, which was great! and we walked out with a brand new 2017 Dodge Journey!

I'm not one to really complain but, last year my car was repaired for a recall on the ignition switch, several months later my car is doing the same thing by not wanting to start. I call the service department and I'm told it has to be something else, and to pay for them to figure out with the new isses is. I don't think that I should have to pay for them to look at the ignition switch. If they want to test the starter then I would be will to pay. Not real happy with the results of phone calls since my ignition switch was recalled and fixed. Sad Day and not willing to help out a customer that has taken her car here and has put lots of money out.

This is our second Ram bought from Brett. We think he is an outstanding salesman. He is friendly - not pushy, he knows the product, trustworthy, just great.
