We came in looking for a $5000 car for my 17 yr old son, and Tony Didn't waste our time. He showed us exactly what we wanted to see with no smoke and mirrors!!! This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. When I go to buy my next car I will ask for Tony!!! BTW we came in and left with my son's dream car!!! all in about 1 hour!!

Just wanted to take a moment to share our recent experience at Withnell Motors.
I have been wanting a new truck for the last three years and about every 6 months or so, I’d go on the Ram Truck website and build it, but never progressed past that point. Every time there would be one reason or another to wait a little longer. Finally in January, my beautiful wife told me that I should at least go to the dealership and talk to someone in person. I was hesitant as I didn’t want to deal with the strong arm approach and have someone trying to get me to buy something they had on the lot. After all, I was very specific about what I wanted and in all my years of looking, I had not found what I wanted in any dealers’ inventory.
January 30, 2015 my wife and I went to Withnell, “just to look around”. A salesman did come out and ask if he could help and I told him that I wanted to talk with someone about ordering a truck since they did not have what I wanted. We were put in touch with Eric Jacobson, The Commercial Sales Manager. We sat down and talked about what I wanted and Eric suggested we build it in the computer and see if what I wanted was something that was available, and you know what? It was. Even though we had no plans of actually ordering it that day, we ended up doing so and not because we were pressured into it because we weren’t.
Eric made the process very simple and painless. We had done our homework ahead of time and knew what a reasonable price was and what we were willing to pay. The price we agreed on fell into that range and there was no reason not to make it happen.
The order process was very easy and Eric kept us up to date with the progress of the order and the shipping. Thursday the 26th of March, I received a text from Eric with a couple of pictures of the truck as it had just been delivered to them. We talked on the phone and he said they should be able to have it ready that evening so we could pick it up, and true to his word, it was ready.
After work my wife and I went in and signed for it and figured that was it. Not quite. After we had signed everything, Eric took us outside and proceeded to spend quite a bit of time going over everything on and in the vehicle, sat through the Uconnect registration process and went over each feature and how they worked. At first I was a little impatient as I just wanted to drive our new truck, but as he explained things, I found out there was a lot that I didn’t already know…which says something since we already own a 2014 Chrysler product, with the same Uconnect system that we bought elsewhere. When we bought the 2014 elsewhere, there was a very quick, maybe two minute explanation that really left more questions than answers. Thanks to Eric taking the time to go over it on this truck purchase, now we can get more use out of it on our other vehicle too.
OK, this has gotten a little long and wordy, so in a nutshell I’ll leave it at this…
We were very, very pleased with both our 2015 Ram 3500 and our experience at Withnell Motors. We are especially pleased to have dealt with Eric Jacobson. It was the most drama free, painless vehicle buying experience we’ve ever had. We will do business with there again and would highly recommend them to others.

I'm so glad that everyone has had great experiences. We have not. Firstly as a customer & on a test drive on a used vehicle that your considering purchasing, then asking to test drive a new one to compare. While parking the used vehicle at the Dodge Truck lot as your leaving in the new truck you see another customer with a salesman taking that vehicle you just parked for a test drive! They "hold the spare keys"!! How unethical is that? Then to pull back up after the new truck test drive and hear the salesman working with that customer right in front of you. Needless to say, we got back into the used truck since we liked it best. Took it back to the car lot to run figures. Basically walked out because they are unwilling to budge on their truck and just "Pay ours Off". Then just to say give us a figure. We did. Why ask if your not willing to budge! I don't care that it has new tires, new rims, and has been detailed & has a warranty! I don't care that you have $3000 invested! Do you want to sale it or not? Let me go put all the same new items on my truck so you can offer a little more for a payoff.
Why say you don't let anyone walk away? Well these two smart cookies did. Keep your truck and your $3000 investment.
Almost a week later. Still on the lot. Guess that other salesman didn't sell it either.
Called again, trying to give benefit of the doubt. Offered a figure that would leave them at a $1400 loss. That's even giving money down (not bad) Still, they will not budge on offering more for our payoff, or lowering there price. Never worked with a dealership like that before. They might consider dropping the price at the end of the month they say. Don't tell people to make an offer or put your best out there if your not willing to make adjustments somewhere.
We won't be going back, nor referring to friends needless to say.

A Breath of Relief

My grandparents purchased a brand new 2008 Sonata from Withnell Hyundai years ago before my grandfather passed away. After he passed, my grandmother drove it to and from church and gifted the car to me a year ago with only 17000 miles on it. It was still in excellent condition when it was totaled this December (by another driver), and I have been shell-shocked from the experience ever since. Coming to Hyundai and purchasing a new-to-me car with the insurance settlement has been a huge breath of relief for me. I was treated with kindness and respect during my visit, worked with confident and competent professionals, and was able to drive away in a vehicle that made me feel safe getting back onto the road.
