Our 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 is free wheeling in all gears on down grades. After several attempts to contact service technicians on whether they had any experience with this issue or clues on where to start, the responses we got were from one was "I have never worked on anything that old" and from the other was "why aren't you using your brakes". Wow! Guess Dodge is not interested in supporting cliental. Think twice before buying used or new if you plan on keeping the vehicle longer than warranty or payments.

I would like to update this review. After working with the dealership we were able to get what we wanted. Brent Baker our sales associate work his butt off to get something that both sides were happy with. He was very professional the whole time. Now I am as happy as I can be. I am driving a very beautiful car thanks to Withnell Motor Company. I would like to tell every one if you are getting a new or trading in, that they need to go there to make the deals. Ask for Brent. You will leave very happy.
We once again bought a charger from Withnell motors. Johnathan was our salesman today. We gave him 20 minutes to see the numbers or we were going to another dealership. However, 3 hours later......we had ourselves a 2017 Dodge Charger. We couldn't be happier with the car and the service we received. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help. Also, hey Jimmy, Matt, Freddy, and Ron! It was really nice to see you old timers again. Keep doing what you all do. It seems Withnell is running Salem! Thanks again.

I have been looking at getting a new car with them for a couple of weeks now. I have been receiving multiple phone calls stating that they would "wash" or "pay off" my car. I went in yesterday and was told that they can only give me $3000 less then what my pay is. Why then call me more then once stating that you can pay off my car make me these promises and then fall through on them. I was already to by the new 2018 dodge. I will be now taking my business some where else. When I asked why they were not honoring the Kelly Blue Book, I was told that they do not go by it. So for any one else trying to trade in be aware of that. I was told by the manager that they only go off of the action price. Just a heads up to any one buying, trading in or both they are not true to their word. They just want to get you in and walk all over you.
I will have to say that we were not happy with our time there. Brent was good but the manager did not help me out at all. I was called more then once and told that you guys could "pay off my car" or "wash". That did not happen. They offered $3000 less then what I owed. The manager told us that they do not honor the Kelly Blue Book price. We have done our research and we know what our car is worth. I am going to take my business some where else. Watch out when you go in there because they will tell you anything just to get you in there. They only go by auction price. So I was told.

$ 300.00 later, the issue remains unresolved. and while i sat for 2 hrs in the lobby listening to customer after customer recieve personal thank you's and free carwash coupons, all i got was a "we can go the insurance claim route".one thing is for certain, it will not be rhnot be the "Withnell route". ever.
