Meet Brian Patton
Brian Patton has been in the auto industry for the last 20 years. He has been a salesman and is currently the sales manager at Withnell Dodge. His favorite part of the job is the “hand shake of course…. Closing a deal with another satisfied customer.”
When asked what one of his favorite stories has been while working at Withnell Dodge. He describes a situation that happens more than he ever expected. A customer shows up looking for a specific vehicle and for some reason the salesperson cannot find the vehicle that the customer has requested to look at but is able to find another vehicle that fits the customers’ needs and they purchase it. Only to realize that the customer thought they were at Skyline Ford next door!
Brian feels that automobiles today are generally more dependable and require less maintenance much less frequently. “Computers have changed everything. Infotainment systems are high tech and very user friendly and make the driving experience a truly enjoyable one.”
Brian has a great piece of advice about buying a new car or truck. “Don’t settle just to save a few dollars. It’s much easier to make your payment when you are in a vehicle that has the features and equipment that you like than when you settle for something that you didn’t really like.”
Asked why Brian decided to work at Withnell Motor Company he replied “This Company genuinely cares about its employees and customers as well as the community that we live in. I would not work anywhere else.”
